Candidate: Mr. Doan Minh Phu, born in 1966, Ph.D. in economics, former Head of the Representative Office in Russia Airimex Company, former deputy Imex 3 of the Company, is currently Deputy Director of Public Co., Ltd. MTV and debt management, asset Vietnam International Bank (VIBAMC).
